"Beach Appliance Service, LLC was a joy to work with from start to finish. When I reached out to schedule a diagnosis just before Labor Day weekend, Linda answered and gave me 5 star treatment. She explained their whole process to me and set a date for the technician to come out. Come the following Tuesday, Shawn reached out to me to coordinate exactly what time that day he could come take a look at my faulty oven. Once the time was set, he was there on time with a friendly and approachable attitude. He took a look and broke down the issue in a very easy to understand way and even made good small talk while we were trying to replicate the issue. Once the issue was found he gave me a fair quote and left open flexibility for if I wanted to shop around. He reached out the next day when the part was available for pick up and said he would head right over if I was good with the price and time. He came in and got right on it. Zero complaints about this company and I will absolutely use them for all future appliance issues. Stop shopping around reading reviews, you already stumbled onto the right LLC for the job!"

"I’ve been in my home for over 45 years Beach Appliance Service, LLC is one of the best if not “the “ best service provider I have ever had. They were recommended by a neighbor. When I called to arrange for them to come and address a problem I was having with the ice maker In my refrigerator, the office manager was very cordial, informative & professional and able to arranged a service call at my convenience. When Shawn arrived 3 days later, he was the same friendly & efficient. He immediately was able to recognize the problem and correct it in a timely manner. He had a professional manner that was so reassuring. I would not hesitate to call them again. The cost was reasonable!!!!! In this world today it’s not often you can use the word exceptional, but the service this company provided would meet that criteria."

"This is a locally, family owned business. Shawn, with a wealth of experience, came to fix our refrigerator/ freezer that had a variety of issues. He was able to quickly diagnose the issues and replaced a broken ice dispenser on the spot. Shawn was very personable and professional. He took the time to provide insight into the problems and how they began in the first place. After he left, the new ice dispenser did not function properly. Shawn came back to our house in a short period of time, diagnosed the issue (wouldn't have known about it at time of installation) and fixed it free of charge. The costs were reasonable and the service charge was included in the repair/labor fees. I highly recommend this service and Shawn!"
